The body’s natural supply of hyaluronic acid (HA), which keeps the skin supple and firm, decreases over time and the face begins to develop wrinkles and folds, particularly around the nose and mouth. Patients should rest for at least 15 – 30 minutes before leaving the office to resume their normal activities. Strenuous activity and exercise should be avoided for at least 24 hours after the treatment.

The total cost of a Juvéderm treatment depends on the number of syringes used on the patient. Most patients pay between $400 and $1,000 for a single treatment session.
